These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the hanvrion website and related educational materials (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Hanvrion Education Ltd (“hanvrion”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the Site, registering interest, or contacting us through the forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. They explain how we handle personal data, cookies, and similar technologies.

This website provides educational resources only and does not guarantee business or employment outcomes.

The Site covers footwear sales and retail operations topics such as product categories, customer service, sales communication, inventory routines, merchandising standards, and online selling techniques. Retail outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including assortment, pricing, footfall, staffing, store systems, seasonality, and local policies. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hanvrion Education Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanvrion Education Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your submissions through the Site, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, and failures of hosting or cloud providers.

12. International Use

The Site is operated from Czechia. We do not represent that the Site is appropriate or available for use in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws that may apply to your use of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise, you agree that the courts located in Prague, Czech Republic will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

14. Dispute Resolution (Informal First)

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates security, legal, or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hanvrion Education Ltd regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.

18. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

19. No Waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

20. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after posting the updated Terms on this page, unless a change must take effect sooner for legal or security reasons. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
